Aunt Barb and Uncle Nick just watched the Arrival video..another stunning display of talent. We love it! We are proud of both of you, mostly for the baby, but the video wasn't half bad either!

Leah Scarlett Swindler

Born July 6th, 2009, weighing 6 pounds, 9 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches in length.

This morning Karrie and I welcomed a new member of our family into the world.  Leah was born via scheduled cesarean section at 8:48 AM and both baby and mom are doing very well.  After a few hours in a recovery room, we are now all in our private room overlooking Hadlock Field.  Perhaps I will get to check out the Sea Dogs game tomorrow between naps.  More later (including video) as time allows…
